Pinkster is a small-batch premium gin. The vibrant pink colour is all natural and created by steeping fresh, locally grown raspberries in the core spirit. Pinkster is deliciously dry, with gentle fruity notes and the smoothest of finishes.
Alongside the Gin they then produce a Gin Jam from the left over pulp and jars of Boozy Berries from the whole raspberries. They are the prefect gift for the gin lover and also a great accompaniment to food and cocktails.
